Key Job Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Receives and directs visitors and applicants at the front desk appropriately.
- Assists visitors, applicants, and employees for concerns.
- Receives and sorts mail and deliveries.
- Assists in the General Manager's office as needed.
HR Administration
- Provides ATM application form and monitor the status of the application
- Prepares request for employee transfer letter
- Prepares request for employee certificate of employment
- Prepares request for employee temporary ID
- Notifies and assists separated employees of last pay and other exit documents
- Assists in processing documents and loans for employee government mandated benefits
- Acts as an external contact of Human Resource Department to private and government offices.
Supplies and Inventory
- Prepares the purchase order of Human Resource Department.
- Coordinates and monitors the release of office supplies and inventory.
- Checks and maintains the office supplies and inventory.
Reports and Documentation
- Prepares reports and monitoring files on a regular basis.
- Ensures proper filing and complete documentation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws, especially the ones related to recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment.
- At least six (6) months in employee relations preferred OR its equivalent through training, education, and other experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
- Amenable to work on site in Quiapo, Manila
