Job Description:

1. Beverage Preparation & Service

  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell beverages to enhance guest experience.

2. Bar Operations

  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the Bar Supervisor.
  • Follow proper procedures for cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation.

3. Guest Experience

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver friendly, attentive service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Uphold The Moment Group's standards of hospitality and brand values in every interaction.

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol.
  • Comply with local liquor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in bar training sessions and ensure continuous improvement.

Who can have a seat at the table?

Graduate or Undergraduate of any Hospitality Course.

Proven experience in the position of interest.

Physically fit and with no large, visible tattoos.

With good communication and memorization skills.

Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.

Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
