QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business administration related course
  • At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in business permits and other licenses processing
  • With experience in compiling and maintaining records to ensure required documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic and business oriented.
  • Strong management and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Amendable to work immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring efficient document management
  • Handling of business permit, sanitary permit and other permits related.
  • Performs other related duties assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality administrative support
