Hiring: US Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time

Target Start Date: September 29, 2025

We're expanding our mortgage operations and looking for experienced Loan Processors to join our growing team. If you have a background in US mortgage processing and thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan files from underwriting approval through to closing
  • Review loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US mortgage standards
  • Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, and third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies and move files forward
  • Track timelines and requirements to ensure loans are processed smoothly and on time
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, supportive team environment while maintaining high attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing
  • Preferably with bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction and documentation
  • Familiarity with systems and regulatory guidelines
  • Experience with mortgage processing systems such as Encompass, Calyx Point, or BytePro, and knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines is a plus
  • Comfortable working with US clients and time zones
  • Willing to work onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa City
