Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you'll craft and execute a strategic marketing plan by clarifying our key differentiators, our target clients, and the most effective communication channels, and then creating the messaging for these channels and execution it.

You will track results to push for continual improvement in finding clients that are a great fit for our products and services, as well as cohesive branding in our target markets, and create tools to deliver a consistent marketing message to potential clients.

This role entails a unique blend of strategic prowess and hands-on engagement, encompassing event planning, sponsorship, digital marketing, content creation, and lead management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft a targeted plan aligned with company objectives, employing innovative contact strategies
  • Author white papers, case studies, press releases, corporate communications, website copy and other marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise lead generation strategies that yield tangible results.
  • Design and launch impactful campaigns using digital, social, and email channels.
  • Develop the in-house marketing resources.
  • Identify and seize speaking and sponsorship opportunities at pertinent events.
  • Drive brand visibility in harmony with the Leadership strategy, positioning content and enabling speaking engagements for maximum impact.
  • Foster co-marketing with technology partners to accelerate brand presence.
  • Maintain meticulous lead, budget, and activity tracking.
  • Strike a balance between local and global brand representation.
  • Represent Peak at events, handling setup as needed.

Ideal Experience:

  • Ideally, you have 7 years of relevant Marketing experience within the BPO industry and 2-3 years of experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo
  • Experience with Customer Service, CX and Business Process Outsourcing is highly desirable.
  • You possess a bachelor's degree, post-graduate learning, or accreditation in the marketing field, which would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated marketing leadership experience, this may be a technology, professional services/consulting, or outsourcing organization.
  • Understanding of customer experience strategies across various industries, including Banking, Finance, Logistics, FMCG, Government, and Telecommunications.
  • Proven capability to rebrand and reposition, leveraging assets for impactful results.
  • Accomplished in collaborating at the executive level and thriving in a matrix environment, preferably with global interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
