Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and/or similar courses.
  • With at least 3 years of experience holding the same role.
  • Experience in Motorcycle industry is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Quezon City

Job Description:

  • Act in accordance with applicable professional standards.
  • Analyse and provide resolution to ethical conflicts.
  • Analyse resolutions to significant regulatory, accounting and auditing issues.
  • Apply professional scepticism and judgment throughout the audit.
  • Develop audit plan.
  • Evaluate audit documentation to ensure quality and compliance with professional standards.
  • Evaluate business and key risks
  • Identify impact on the overall audit plan arising from changes in regulations and standards.
  • Identify new ideas and business solutions to existing clients.
  • Manage engagement resources.
  • Manage staff performance and appraisal.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff.
  • Review financial statements in accordance with applicable frameworkDevelop annual audit plans, considering the organisation's objectives and risk assessment.
  • Define audit objectives, scope, and methodologies for various audits.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their expectations and align audit plans accordingly.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Establish audit timelines and allocate resources effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of auditors.
  • Assign audit engagements to team members and ensure their adherence to audit standards and protocols.
  • Provide guidance and support to auditors throughout the audit process.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  • Conduct or oversee complex and high-profile audits.
  • Review audit documentation and workpapers to ensure accuracy and compliance with auditing standards.
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.
  • Identify control weaknesses, non-compliance, and areas for improvement.
  • Verify the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reports.
