Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and messages).
  • Prepare, record, and monitor company documents such as memos, incident reports, and other correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff for disseminating updates or instructions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proper communication and support.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, including disciplinary procedures and documentation.
  • Arrange company meetings, trainings, and events, including preparation of materials and minutes of meetings.

  • Other Duties:

  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management to support company goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php550.00 per day
