About the role
A.M. Dela Cruz General-Engineering Services is seeking a dedicated Admin and HR Staff to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will provide vital administrative and human resources support to our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training and development programs
- Handling general office duties, including filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries
- Supporting the management team with various projects and initiatives as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
