DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify and approach potential clients through personal networks, social groups, online communities, and referrals.

· Promote and sell solar energy solutions, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

· Conduct initial client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the company's CRM or reporting system.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Attend training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and sales techniques.

· Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree or college level in any field.

· Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, energy solutions, or related industries.

· Strong network in social, professional, or community groups, capable of generating quality leads.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.

· Basic understanding of renewable energy, solar systems, and financing options (preferred but not required).

· Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using mobile apps, social media platforms, and basic CRM tools.
