Job Description:

  • Assist in the monitoring and management of all acquired Right-of-Way (ROW) projects.
  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy and current status/locations of ROW.
  • Maintain and update database of all acquired properties including status and current custodian agency.
  • Safekeeping of important property documents transmitted by the Acquisition team and documents related to leasing of properties and other agreements in relation to ROW.
  • Monitor RPT payments of all acquired projects in coordination with Finance.
  • Consolidate and prepare property acquisition reports to higher management.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider Asset Management team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four (4) year course related to Real Estate Management or Property Management.
  • With two (2) years of experience in real estate, property management or any related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
