GREEN ASIA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP. is a client-focused construction organization providing multi-disciplinary construction services over a range of building and infrastructure market sectors.

AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.

We are looking for a very reliable and competent PROJECT MANAGER with considerable number of years of work experience. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer tasked with planning, executing, and concluding projects. As the Project Manager, he shall play a crucial role in making sure that projects are finished on schedule, within the allocated budget, and meet the expected quality standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Managing the Project Staff and all assigned Project personnel. Ensuring that manpower needs are properly identified, allocated with adequate resources and efficiently deployed and utilized to meet the project requirements.

  2. Ensuring that all works and activities are executed accurately and efficiently accomplished on time and in accordance with Company procedures and processes.

  3. Executing the Project according to the tender methodology or such other approved company processes.

  4. Motivating and challenging the Project team and Vendors/Subcontractors to complete the Project satisfactorily at the earliest possible date.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. The applicant must be a graduate of B.S. in Civil Engineering with PRC License.

  1. Must have at least 5 -10 years of work experience as Project Manager in site development and building construction;

  2. Must be computer literate (with knowledge in MS Word, Excel, AUTOCAD and other vital engineering programs and software);

4. Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project;
