Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines CBRE GWS BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES PHILIPPINES, INC. Full time ₱1,500,000 - ₱3,000,000 per year

SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to support space & occupancy planning and assist with space and utilization data analysis, CAD/CAFM system support and management, and reporting and interpretation of space planning metrics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.
  • Generates conceptual solutions that respond to client's space requirements, physical planning constraints, and corresponding IT, HR, and compliance requirements (i.e. space plans, test-fits, block plans, adjacency diagrams). Evaluates alternative scenarios against success criteria.
  • Provides updates to floorplans in AutoCAD to reflect existing architectural and furniture conditions
  • Develop and executes migration/swing plan and move lists based on physical space requirements
  • Produces drawings and presentations for internal stakeholder(s) and client facing steering committee meetings (Workplace Managers, Business Unit Directors, Leadership, etc.) for review and feedback; involves project management staff as appropriate for move and construction services
  • Assist with maintaining occupancy data within the CAFM/IWMS system of record. May be required to audit space for validation and update of occupancy metrics. Works with OM team to incorporate analytics into appropriate reporting
  • May have responsibility to manage furniture inventory or act as liaison with furniture vendor to solution client requests
  • Participates in client meetings to collect requirements, provide metrics, organize findings, and make recommendations. Obtains approvals to proceed when required
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree) preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience in drafting. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.

Technological Skills

  • Intermediate skills to operate a computer using e-mail, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office software. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • AutoCAD drawing experience is required.
  • Familiarity with IWMS/CAFM administration particularly with Archibus is preferred.

Financial Knowledge

  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Conducts basic financial analysis.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions and solve problems in standard situations.
  • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
