Responsibilities

  • IT Systems: Monitor system performance, implement security protocols, manage user accounts and access, perform diagnostics, troubleshoot issues/outages, ensure backups and recovery, provide tech support, and handle upgrades.
  • Network: Maintain networks and servers, troubleshoot internet/network problems, coordinate with service providers/vendors, and plan/schedule maintenance.
  • Hardware: Maintain, upgrade, and deploy equipment; troubleshoot desktops, printers, servers, and peripherals; coordinate vendor repairs and support.
  • Software: Test, install, configure, and upgrade software to meet company objectives.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Document processes, repairs, and solutions; maintain backups; ensure compliance with regulations; stay updated on IT best practices.
  • Others: Coordinate with IT/Admin for procurement and task transitions, support Excel automation, and assist with basic graphic/video editing for company activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification a plus.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with ticketing system / issue resolution process flow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic graphic and video editing skills.
  • Open to working night shift, mid shift, or day shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
