The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the delivery of TSA's marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with the Group Manager – Marketing & Growth to develop and implement TSA's marketing strategy, ensuring all activities are delivered consistently, on schedule, and to a high standard. The Marketing Specialist excels in organisational and communication skills, engaging both internal and external stakeholders for content contribution, from the TSA Executive Leadership Team to external agency partners. They take ownership of content planning and creation, manage digital campaigns, and bring strong product and content marketing skills to the role. Working closely with the Internal Communications Coordinator, Senior Graphic Designer, and Marketing & Communications Coordinator, they ensure campaigns are integrated, on brand, and continuously improved through data analysis. Qualifications What you'll do: Essential 3-5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content, and campaign management (client-side or agency). 2+ years' hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation/CRM platforms) Strong experience in content creation and planning Proven track record running SEO and digital ad campaigns Experience designing and delivering lifecycle or inbound marketing campaigns Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g. GA4) Ability to balance creativity with data‑driven decision making Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to confidently liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Additional Information Want to know more?
