Purpose of the Role:
As a
Business Analyst - Deposit/Loan
, your will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of Deposit or Payment system modules for banking clients. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, testing support, training, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure successful system rollout and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to Deposit or Loan module.
  • Prepare and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and ensure sign-off from stakeholders.
  • Provide support during SIT, UAT, and system configuration stages, ensuring all Payment/Deposit -related requirements are tested and met.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and solution alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver user training and training materials tailored to Forex processes and system functions.
  • Identify gaps between current client processes and system capabilities, and propose customization or best practice solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and address Deposit/Loan module-related issues raised by the client.
  • Support data migration and mapping activities for related data from legacy systems (if applicable).
  • Participate in presales activities by providing subject matter expertise on Deposit/Payment solutions when needed.

Qualification:-

  • At least 3 years of related experience in Business Analysis or related role in Banking or Finance or FinTech field, preferably in
    Deposit
    module or
    Loan
    module.
  • Experience in software implementation life cycle: requirement gathering, documentation, testing, training, and support.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional project team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite client engagements, if required.
