JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Professional and Marketing Knowledge, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Planning and Organizing, Creativity and Innovation, Analytical Skills, Leadership
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

Analyze market and product scenarios, develop strategies, coordinate and communicate with internal and external customers, implement and measure promotional activities to support over-all marketing plan; and performs related functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts feasibility studies on the market potential of proposed products for launching and presents recommendation on the viability of the project.
  • Develops marketing plans for the product and product prototype (packaging, brandname and others).
  • Coordinates with Technical Department for product sourcing and product trials.
  • Prepares annual forecasts, coordinates with supply chains for requirements, and adjusts product forecasts accordingly based on offtake or movement.
  • Conceptualizes marketing programs to create demand and ensure product acceptance both from trade and consumers.
  • Cascades marketing guidelines, program mechanics, brand strategies, product forecasts to Distribution and promotions group.
  • Reviews and evaluates systems and procedures of all current and proposed marketing project to ensure smooth implementation and generate improvements when necessary.
  • Represents the organization in presentation meetings with prospective clients interested in participation and involvement in on-going marketing programs of the company.
