The Customer Service Associate is responsible for supporting the Customer Service team by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information on vehicles, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records and transactions in the system.
  • Assist the sales team with scheduling, customer orientation, and delivery process support.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Gain strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and repair processes to effectively support customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field is preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service or customer relations role is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using customer service software, database, and tools.

High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
