We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and the ability to collaborate with IT teams across different hospitals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) integration and management.
  • Manage HIS (Hospital Information Systems) for seamless operations across departments.
  • Ensure the secure handling of Medical Exposure data and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead efforts for System Integration between various hospital technologies, including EMR, imaging, and laboratory systems.
  • Perform detailed System Mapping to enable data interoperability and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct Costing analysis to optimize IT expenditures related to new projects or system upgrades.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating complex IT issues into actionable insights.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of PACS, HIS, and Medical Exposure systems.
  • Proven experience with data integration, HL7, DICOM, and other healthcare communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with the technical challenges involved in integrating disparate hospital systems.
  • Experience in cost analysis for IT projects, including hardware/software procurement and lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in creating clear, technical documentation and presenting solutions to both IT and non-IT stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with IT teams from various hospital systems.
  • Familiarity with networking principles and security standards in healthcare environments.
  • Hands-on experience with system mapping, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Travel: This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various hospital locations as part of integration and support activities.
