  1. Responsible in sourcing applicants for assigned Department /Businesses/Communities.

  2. Assist in responding to the applicants' inquiries and follow ups.

  3. Assist in the preparation of the recruitment activities i.e Job Fair, Expos, Local Recruitment activities and Flyering, etc. Constant checking on updates of Job Fair Activities from PHILJOBNET, Municipalities and PESO Offices, Universities

  4. Assist in different recruitment activities

  5. Accept, assess and screen CVs and resume from different sources of applications.

  6. Conduct call-outs and schedule examination and interview with the applicants.

  7. Endorsing applicants from second to final interview.

  8. Works with the Recruitment Team in identifying considered applicants

  9. Prioritize the conduct of Background checking to all considered applicants.

  10. Coordinates with applicants by getting reliable character references for BC call out.

  11. Ensure completeness of all background checking documents and waiver.

  12. Reports background check result to the Recruitment Supervisor.

  13. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or any related course.

Skills: Computer skills, Coordination skills, Customer Service skills, Verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php600.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Batangas City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
