Conduct daily sourcing of applicants through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and field recruitment.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial assessments of candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and job requirements.Endorse qualified candidates to the HR department or concerned department for final evaluation.

Visit hubs or assigned areas to onboard applicants and assist with document processing.Ensure applicants complete mandatory requirements such as government numbers and IDs.Facilitate the deployment and orientation of newly hired employees.

Maintain accurate monitoring sheets of applicants, endorsed candidates, and deployment status.Update daily recruitment reports and submit to HR Supervisor/Manager.Safekeep 201 files and ensure proper organization of documents.

Coordinate with operations, HR staff, and supervisors for manpower needs.Provide updates on applicant status and hiring progress.Assist in addressing applicant concerns and queries.
