Teacher Coordinator
who will embody these values while leading our teaching operations.

Role Overview

The Teacher Coordinator is the
strategic driver of our teaching programs
, reporting directly to the CEO. You will oversee our entire teaching team, ensuring that DreamanDo delivers consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

This role requires both
hands-on teaching experience
and
proven leadership skills
. You've been in the classroom yourself, but you're also confident leading teams, building scalable processes, and serving as the voice of education strategy at the leadership table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Teaching Function:
    Recruit, manage, and mentor teachers and mentors, ensuring alignment with DreamanDo's mission and standards.
  • Strategic Reporting:
    Advise the CEO on teacher performance, program outcomes, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Program Oversight:
    Coordinate and quality-control all classes, tutoring sessions, societies, and bootcamps.
  • Teacher Development:
    Implement training, feedback, and coaching to strengthen teaching quality and consistency.
  • Bridge Leadership and Delivery:
    Translate strategic goals from the CEO into actionable plans for the teaching team.
  • Ensure Student Success:
    Drive learning outcomes that are personalized, inclusive, and impactful.

Must-Have Qualifications


Teaching Experience
2+ years as a teacher, tutor, or academic coach. You understand pedagogy, student engagement, and curriculum delivery.


Leadership Experience
proven record of managing and inspiring teams, preferably in education.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for inclusive, multicultural education.

Comfortable working in a startup-style environment with autonomy and accountability.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • International teaching or coordination experience.
  • Multi-language fluency.
  • Experience with academic admissions or exam preparation programs.
