Job Description
The Progress Claims Officer is responsible for accurate and timely processing, tracking, and management of building progress claims. This role involves liaising with builders, clients, and lenders to ensure all documentation is handled efficiently, stored correctly, and all parties are informed throughout the claims process.
Document Management:
Receive bank packs from builders and accurately save all documents in both Google Drive and the OMS (Operational Management System).
Ensure relevant documentation is forwarded to lenders in a timely and organised manner
Managing Incoming Claims:
Receive builder claims, including invoices and photos.
Save all incoming claim documents in G Drive and OMS.
Send claims to clients for review and approval, following up where necessary to ensure prompt turnaround
Lender Coordination:
Submit approved claims to the lender for processing.
Follow up with the lender to confirm payment of submitted claims.
Notify builders once payment has been made by the lender.
Record Keeping:
Save all receipts and related payment documentation in Google Drive and OMS.
Maintain organised and up-to-date records to ensure compliance and ease of access.
