About the role
As an Operations Junior Account Manager at In1go Technologies, Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. This full-time position is based in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila, and will see you working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our innovative technology solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account management strategies that drive growth and retention
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to expand the reach of our solutions within your accounts
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development
- Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the account management function
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages
