General Responsibilities

Strategic Business Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth transaction and portfolio analysis, delivering actionable insights through comprehensive investigations and reports.

Advanced Treasury Model Development & Oversight:

• Architect, construct, and maintain financial models for treasury management, ensuring continuous enhancement for accuracy and relevance.

Dynamic Asset Position Management:

• Proactively monitor and strategically manage daily liquidity across a diverse spectrum of asset classes, encompassing traditional fiat, stablecoins, and virtual assets, to guarantee robust short-term liquidity and solvency.

Comprehensive Market Risk Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate comprehensive reports.
• Identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.
• Manage various projects and analytics which may include creation, maintenance and utilization of management reports to help the group meet their goals and directives.

Optimized Balance Sheet Management:

• Monitor asset/liability matching and support rebalancing initiatives to effectively manage working capital allocation and risk adjusted return.
• Support balance sheet management reporting to management, auditors, regulators, ALCO, and Board of Directors

Innovative Investment Strategy Formulation:

• Develop funding strategies based on market conditions, balance sheet positioning, cost of funds, and asset characteristics
• Frequently utilize an understanding of financial instruments and overall investment portfolio to contribute to the investment decision making process and development of investment/trading strategies.

Bond Trading and Brokering:

• Primarily responsible for matching and executing buying and selling trade, both internal and external.
• Provides daily secondary market price bulletins for government securities.

Qualifications

Experience
:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk issues to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management principles.
• Experience with virtual assets, stablecoins, or cryptocurrency markets is a plus.
• Experience working with quantitative models, financial analytics, and risk management tools.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
• Proficiency in liquidity stress testing, balance sheet management, and asset-liability management (ALM).
• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in treasury, risk management, business analytics, or a similar role.
