A.      Key Responsibilities as Finance/Treasury Supervisor:

· Cash Management:

Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient liquidity.

· Financial Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as interest rate and currency fluctuations.

· Banking Relationships:

Maintain communication with banks, manage bank accounts, and optimize banking services.

· Treasury Operations:

Oversee daily treasury activities, including payments, collections, and reconciliations.

· Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.

· Compliance:

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

· Team Leadership:

Supervise and guide a team of treasury professionals.

· Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

B. Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

· Preferably CPA

· With 4-5 years supervisorial experience specializing in Finance and Treasury Management

· Experienced in managing a wide range of financial instruments, including loans, credit lines, and investment vehicles, as well as maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.

· Proficient in MS Office Applications

  • Systematic with high attention to detail and integrity

Work Location:   Malate, Manila near De La Salle University Manila

Work Schedule:  Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-6:30PM

Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
