About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead our digital acquisition and paid media efforts across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on experience in media buying and campaign optimization who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROI, and scaling our digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Drive innovation by testing new channels, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, e-commerce) to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and performance tracking tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, consumer goods, or other fast-paced industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
