Marketing and Business Development Manager

This position oversees digital marketing and business development to ensure seamless coordination across all revenue generating and fulfillment functions. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with accountability for operational P&L, cost optimization, and process automation.

He will work closely with the CEO and COO to translate high-level strategies into measurable goals, while building scalable systems and standard operating procedures.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or related field (MBA preferred).

  • At least 4 years' experience in operations, e-commerce, retail, or logistics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record managing multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Development) or leading large cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experienced in building dashboards and working with Excel, BI tools, and KPIs.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
