Techforce Group Limited is searching for a Power Platform Architect to support transformation projects across multiple industries in Hong Kong.

By integrating Microsoft Power Platform with Agent AI capabilities, you'll deliver smarter, faster, and more adaptive tools that drive progress and scale digital transformation.


About the Role

The Power Platform Solution Architect plays a strategic and hands‑on role in shaping the organization's digital transformation journey. You'll lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade, low‑code, and AI‑enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud Services.

This position places you at the center of innovation — collaborating with cross‑functional business units, engineering teams, and IT leadership to build scalable, secure, and intelligent platforms that integrate seamlessly with systems such as ERP Dynamics D365, SAP, CRM SalesForce, Adobe CRM.

You'll influence architecture governance, integration strategy, and solution scalability within a hybrid Agile delivery model, ensuring every solution is resilient, compliant, and aligned with both Power Platform CoE and enterprise standards.


Key Responsibilities

Architecture and Delivery

  • Design and architect end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot Studio.
  • Lead the implementation of secure and integrated solutions connected to Azure, SharePoint, and core enterprise systems.
  • Define and enforce solution governance, reusability, and performance standards across all Power Platform projects.
  • Ensure architectural consistency, maintainability, and scalability in all solution deliverables produced by delivery teams.

Advisory and Governance

  • Act as a Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on architecture, data management, and security design best practices.
  • Participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARB) to validate solution designs and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, developers, and business analysts.

Integration and Automation

  • Architect secure and reliable integrations between the Power Platform and enterprise applications such as SAP, ServiceNow, Teams, and Workday.
  • Guide delivery teams in implementing end‑to‑end process automation, ensuring data consistency, governance alignment, and overall system resilience.

Technical Proficiency

  • Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, Dataverse.
  • Azure Services: Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, App Services, Azure AI Services, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
  • Governance & Delivery Tools: Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit, Azure DevOps, ALM Toolkit, and GitHub.
  • Data Management: Microsoft Dataverse integration and secure connectivity with enterprise data sources.
