Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of the branch.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement needs.

2. Sales & Marketing

  • Promote branch services and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Identify local marketing opportunities to increase foot traffic and client bookings.
  • Monitor daily sales, set targets, and ensure the branch meets monthly goals.

3. Reporting & Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare basic reports using Excel (e.g., sales, bookings, attendance).
  • Track daily performance indicators and submit regular updates to head office.
  • Assist in analyzing customer feedback and implementing service improvements.

4. Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Greet clients warmly and assist with inquiries or appointments when needed.
  • Manage bookings and schedules through the system.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

5. Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide spa therapists, receptionists, and other branch staff.
  • Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing coverage.
  • Conduct performance check-ins and support employee growth.
