ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. During the first 3 months, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and client service support to Account Managers for SME commercial and domestic insurance portfolios.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, renewals, certificates of currency, endorsements, and other policy documentation.
  • Liaise with insurers for terms, endorsements, and policy updates, and ensure accurate client and policy data entry in the CRM/broking system.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents, unpaid premiums, renewal processing, and assist with claims lodgement and follow-up.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal procedures, including proper records and file management.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an insurance support or administrative role preferably in the general insurance products in the Australian market.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Australian general insurance products, broking systems (e.g., WinBEAT, JAVLN Officetech), or Tier 1/Tier 2 broking qualifications is an advantage.
