JOB DUTIES

  • Administering first aid, dispensing over-the-counter medicines, and evaluating employee health.
  • Maintaining accurate medical and health-related records for all employees.
  • Developing and implementing company-wide health and safety programs, such as wellness initiatives, health orientations, and annual physical examinations.
  • Coordinating with the company's healthcare provider for employee medical services and managing health insurance-related matters.
  • Accompanying injured employees to hospitals and ensuring they submit required documentation, like "fit to work" certificates.
  • Ensuring compliance with government health and safety standards, such as DOLE's OSH Standards, and updating HR on relevant guidelines.
  • Performing other HR-related and administrative tasks as assigned, which can include supporting benefits management, timekeeping, and policy implementation.
  • Conducting workplace inspections to identify potential health hazards and suggesting improvements to maintain a safe environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a registered nurse
  • With 6 months to 1 year in clinical, hospital or corporate experience
  • Computer savvy and can work with email, MS Office, and Excel
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Knowledge in HR is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
