Job Summary:

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees, promoting occupational health and safety, and supporting wellness initiatives within the organization. The role involves administering first aid, managing medical records, and ensuring compliance with workplace health standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees and customers in the park in case of illness or injury.
  • Monitor and record the health status of employees and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed.
  • Assist in annual physical examinations and health assessments.
  • Conduct health education and wellness programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the park manager, HR department, and safety officer on health-related concerns.
  • Manage the clinic's medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Prepare and submit health reports, accident reports, and other related documentation.
  • Support the company's health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
  • Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for nurses.
  • Experience in an industrial or corporate setting is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling emergencies calmly.
