The Company Nurse:

  • Provides basic healthcare services and promotes occupational health and safety in the workplace. Key responsibilities include administering first aid, assessing health conditions, and implementing health and wellness programs.
  • Developing and delivering health and wellness programs, conducting health education sessions, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Evaluating employee health needs, conducting pre-employment and periodic health screenings, and monitoring employee health status.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Preparing reports on employee health, safety incidents, and program outcomes for management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in first aid and basic life support.
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly within a company setting, is often preferred.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
