JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
✨Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to onboarding new employees
✨ Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
✨ Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax), including remittances and reports
✨ Monitor and maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records
✨ Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR-related functions
✨ Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
✨ Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
✨ Support HR programs, initiatives, and employee engagement activities
✨ Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior
