General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process check for employee claims and other disbursements
  • Process rental payments
  • Encode all payments, invoices, purchase orders, and vouchers into the NAV System
  • Process all payments for trade and non-trade transactions
  • Ensure that all payroll and allowances are processed for payment
  • Process the payment of contributions and employee loans for SSS, PHIC, and HDMF
  • Make sure that the BIR payments (including VAT and withholding taxes) are processed and paid on time
  • Process vouchers for business permits and other government-mandated fees
  • Process payment for real property tax
  • Replenish authorized petty cash voucher requests
  • Encode adjustment slip entries to the NAV System
  • Annually update and file the General Information Sheet (GIS) from the companies
  • Perform other assigned tasks from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Financial Management
  • With at least one (1) year of experience in general accounting and finance

Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skill
  • Must be result-oriented
