Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to patients in the ward.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor, record, and report patient progress and vital signs.
  • Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient care and nursing interventions.
  • Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
  • Uphold infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
  • Maintain professional development and participate in training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Preferably with relevant clinical experience in hospital ward setting (new graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety practices.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
