Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Provides safe and quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital standards and protocols
  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care based on patient needs
  • Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitors and records patient conditions and vital signs
  • Assists physicians during medical procedures and examinations
  • Ensures accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities
  • Promotes patient safety, comfort, and education throughout the care process
  • Coordinates with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the nursing unit
  • Adheres to infection control and hospital policies at all times

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
  • Preferably with hospital or clinical experience (but not required for entry-level)
  • Knowledgeable in basic nursing procedures and hospital protocols
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and flexible assignments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month
