Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation and medical recommendations.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and physical modalities.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Promote patient safety and infection control measures within the therapy setting.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to enhance professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (with valid PRC license).
  • Preferably with hospital or clinical experience (new graduates may be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient care protocols.
  • Excellent clinical assessment, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage patients throughout their recovery process.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
