NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK

The Board Consultancy Services Manager at the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) plays a key role in the successful facilitation and organization of Board Services interventions and the development of client relationships.

Core Responsibilities

This manager is expected to support and strengthen the unit in delivering a highly satisfying client experience that will enrich the learning and development of clients on corporate governance practices. Specific areas of focus include:

  • Board protocols
  • Board evaluation
  • Strategy design and execution

Key Deliverables

  • The manager is responsible for the following major areas:
  • Roadshows and Marketing of StEP and 3rd Party Board Evaluation.
  • Relationship Management for "suki" (repeat/loyal) clients.
  • Content Development for current services.
  • Pilipinas Aspire project management/support.
  • Research and Benchmarking activities.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Open to individuals with relevant work experience in research writing and development, program management, strategy planning, stakeholder management, and/or events.
