RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a proactive, critical thinker and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, who is willing to work long hours when necessary.

The Consultant will perform the following functions:

  • Promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and prepare associated affidavits of service and exhibits and maintain related data.
  • Create, import, and maintain creditor data and service lists.
  • Input, analyze, maintain, and monitor claims data.
  • Manage inquiry logs, including preparing and circulating inquiry logs to client and case professionals, promptly forwarding applicable escalations, and coordinating with Kroll Restructuring's internal communications team.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years' experience with data management, principals and reporting
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus
