We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Township Officer to oversee the day-to-day management and long-term development of estate properties, including those under land banking. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in horticulture, forestry, or environmental management who are passionate about land stewardship, estate development, and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations, landscaping, and maintenance of township estates, ensuring safety, functionality, and visual appeal.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor estate-sponsored activities and community events, while overseeing and approving activities organized by external parties or property locators.
  • Coordinate with the security team to maintain a secure and orderly environment across all properties.
  • Work closely with the development control team to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with estate guidelines and sustainability practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Forestry, Environmental Science, or related fields (Architecture, Planning, or Engineering also considered)
  • Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., Forester, Architect)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in estate/property management or land development
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledgeable in sustainable land development
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in leading cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
