The TOWNSHIP OFFICER serves as the supervisor-in-charge of estate services and several individual properties under land banking. The role is responsible for ensuring:

(1) The day-to-day operation and maintenance of the estate

(2) Planning, implementation, and monitoring of estate-sponsored activities and events, as well as the approval and oversight of activities conducted by locators or external parties

(3) Supervision of, and/or coordination with, the security group to ensure the safety and security of the estate

(4) Supervision of, and/or coordination with, the development control team for all construction-related activities within the estate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban/Environmental Planning, or Engineering

  • Licensure in Architecture, Forestry, or Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Electronics)

  • At least 2 years of experience in real-estate operations preferably in property management or facilities management

  • Strong coordination skills with customers and external stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
