  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and inspect work areas.
  • Investigate incidents to determine causes and recommend solutions.
  • Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Prepare reports on safety issues and statistics for management.
  • Conduct daily roving inspection for 5's and risk assessment
  • Monitor employees wearing the required PPE
  • Check all hazardous substances properly labeled and stored
  • Check the safety signages in the workplace
  • Handle the 5's program in the workplace
  • Check sanitary for canteen & locker area
  • Initiates the Monthly Health and Safety Committee meetings
  • Conducts Internal Audit for Health and Safety
  • Maintain the compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Submit require report for DOLE (monthly/semi-monthly/annual)
  • Securing the renewal of Permits (DENR/LLDA/BFP/PDEA)
  • Supervising the operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities.
  • Submit Self-monitoring report to DENR & LLDA Quarterly
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned.
