Job Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of BS Engineering course with PRC License (PCO Certified is an adv.).

Experience/Training: With at least 2 years related experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Attitude:

  • Oversee daily operations of the engineering and maintenance department.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital facilities, utilities, and equipment (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, generators, etc.).
  • Monitor the performance of building systems and take corrective action when issues arise.
  • Ensure that all engineering tasks are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to hospital operations.
  • Can handle pressure; with strong moral & spiritual values; can relate well in all levels of the organization.
  • Honest & trustworthy.
