Full-Time: Project Support Intern – Food Kiosk Venture (Metro Manila)

Role Overview

As a Project Support Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience by supporting various business functions—finance, marketing, and operations—across our food kiosk locations. You'll work closely with our dynamic team, contribute to real projects, and see firsthand how a startup grows from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Support
  • Assist with daily sales tracking and cash flow monitoring
  • Help prepare basic financial reports and expense summaries
  • Support inventory audits and reconciliation
  • Marketing Assistance
  • Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling
  • Assist with local promotions, events, and customer engagement activities
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for marketing strategies
  • Operations Support
  • Participate in onsite kiosk visits to observe and report on operations
  • Help document standard operating procedures and process improvements
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for logistics support
  • Business Reporting
  • Prepare weekly summary reports for management on assigned projects
  • Present findings and recommendations during team meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working onsite in Makati & Manila 3x per week + 2 days remotely
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in Canva or any photo/video editing tool
