About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, and help maintain employee records and engagement activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to learn about people management in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and help prepare orientation materials.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training sessions, and HR events.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including policy reviews and process improvements.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
  • Not for VOLUNTARY
