Project Manager

With the goal of telling stories that inspire action and fuel change, Drink is dedicated to helping MSMEs, private corporations, NGOs, and government units find effective and creative ways to make sustainability accessible to everyone. Drink meets clients where they are in their sustainability journey and helps them move forward with purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective & efficient day-to-day implementation of sustainability & creative communication projects from inception, execution, monitoring, review & closure
  • Participate in management meetings and help address production-related issues and concerns.
  • Define project tasks, organize workflows, and brief internal teams and/or external service providers.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, trackers, and presentation decks, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Coordinate with teams and clients to align expectations and maintain smooth communication.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships (corporate, SME, non-profit & gov't) through consistent follow-ups and proactive collaboration.
  • Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns, services, and communication channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Present and implement approved communication plans and project proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams (digital, branding, editorial, design, etc.) to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify insights and lessons learned from completed projects.


Qualifications

  • Graduate with management degree / experience in communications, non-profit, or corporate environment for consultancy, creative, or development projects
  • Preferably residing in Metro Manila
  • Proactive & detail-oriented multitasker
  • Team player who can meet pressing deadlines
  • Has grit, solid organizational skills & strong oral / written communication skills
  • Background / interest in sustainability, editorial & design work
  • Results-driven & motivated to learn
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 suites
