Job Summary:

Oversees the overall upkeep, operations, and financial management of the estate to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and efficiently managed community. Leads estate operations, supervises maintenance activities, manages budgets and estate dues, and serves as the primary liaison between residents, service providers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the estate.
  • Supervise property repairs, maintenance, and improvement activities.
  • Oversee estate finances, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and dues computation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents, external partners, and contractors.
  • Implement and monitor policies, service standards, and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate; preferably with a background in Real Estate Management, Property Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in estate, property, or project management.
  • Strong financial management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
