We are looking for an Administrator to join our Manila Business Performance directorate. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to carry out administrative and operational tasks on behalf of the Business Performance directorate, which relate directly and indirectly to maintaining and improving the efficient and effective operation of International Education.

What will you do as a Business Performance Administrator?
As a Business Performance Administrator, you will ensure the smooth functioning of the Business Performance directorate. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across a wide range of activities contributing to the directorate's effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate programmes and meetings – including inductions, team meetings, and planning days (scheduling, agendas, and tracking actions).
- Manage content and documentation – update internal websites, maintain organisational charts, and format documents to meet standards.
- Support operational tasks – handle procurement processes, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
- Provide administrative support – offer cover for the executive assistant and assist the wider team as needed.

- At least 1–4 years of experience in administrative roles, including scheduling, note-taking, meeting coordination, and team support.
- Skilled in using Microsoft applications.
- Clear and effective communicator in spoken and written English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
