QA Analyst Performance Level 1

  • Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
  • Work with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases.
  • Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
  • Experience in performancing testing tool - Jmeter and LoadRunner is a plus.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to test infrastructure and framework
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn other software.
  • Writing or creating the performance test scripts as per the requirements using HTTP & web services protocols

Qualifications

  • Experience in Test Execution and Load Testing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge in Test Strategy and Performance Testing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • With 4 years of experience in Performance Testing
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas and Makati City
